Originally from the Baltic Sea island of Usedom, Alexander Jahl honed his restaurant management skills there before joining Daniel Achilles’ Reinstoff in the early 2010s. Eventually, he found his way to Rutz-Restaurant, where he assumed the role of bar manager in the wine bar in 2020. He takes pride in enhancing the Rutz-Zollhaus experience with his hosting skills and his knack for selecting the perfect wine for every occasion. Wine enthusiasts can rely on him to curate special bottles beyond the standard menu.
