Hailing from Potsdam, Marco Müller assumed the role of head chef at Weinbar Rutz in 2004, leading it to a transformation into Rutz-Restaurant where he currently serves as executive chef. In 2020, Rutz proudly became the only restaurant in Berlin to attain three Michelin stars.
