Florian Mennicken was born and raised in Belgium. After completing his training at Hotel Kaiserhof in Münster, he made his way to Berlin to join Hendrik Otto at Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer. Under the mentorship of kitchen director Marco Müller, Mennicken weaves together the intricate tapestry of craftsmanship and innovation at Rutz-Zollhaus, elevating the nuances of local cuisine to new heights. His seasonally-evolving menu is also a testament to his collaboration with the finest purveyors of the region.
